David Johnson is a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 25 years of experience. David became interested in physical therapy after suffering multiple sports related injuries that resulted in multiple surgeries and rehabilitation. He was committed to returning to his teams and finishing what they had started. These adversities helped to motivate him to go through a rigorous Physical Therapy program to not only help himself but others. He has extensive experience and knowledge in Orthopedic/Sports Medicine and Manual Therapy that he blends with his personal experience to help patients achieve their goals. After all these years he can still enjoy his passions of Rugby, Martial Arts and hunting.

Chuck is a PTA with over 34 years of experience in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Physical Therapy. He graduated from Kent State University PTA program in 1989. One of Chucks strengths is his belief in continuing education . He demonstrates this by his proficiency in many forms of manual therapy, including: IASTM, trigger point release, myofascial release, joint mobilizations/soft tissue mobilizations and neural gliding. He further demonstrates this by being a credentialed clinical instructor. Chuck has trained many PTA students through the years!
In his spare time Chuck enjoys several outdoor activities such as kayaking, boating, hiking in the mountains or exploring the beaches. He also is avidly into woodworking and spending time with his family
Mary Jane has been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for 26 years. She graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College in 1997. She has worked in a variety of settings including short term rehab, nursing home, acute care, home health and pediatrics in North Carolina and California.
In 2004 she joined Sea Coast Physical Therapy and has worked directly with the Physical Therapists to provide all aspects of care. Having worked in multiple settings she is able to vary treatment to fit patient's individual functional levels. She is passionate about her patients and delivers compassion along with her treatments.
After an exemplary clinical career, MJ now focuses on Sea Coasts billing and insurance needs.
